Questions buyers ask
Who loads the cash?
Only you, if you want to. Load it yourself and you keep all the surcharge — or ask about having Empire place and service a cash-loaded machine. We’ll go through both on your call.
Do I need processing?
Every ATM needs a processor to run transactions. Empire can set processing up for you, or you can use your own. Terms are reviewed with you on the call, separately from the machine order.
What does shipping and installation cost?
It depends on your location and setup, so it’s quoted — never guessed. You’ll see exactly which lines are “to be quoted” before you request your final quote, and no payment is collected until the full total is known.
Where do you install?
Empire installs and services in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Outside that area, we’ll tell you on the call what we can support for your ZIP.
Is there a contract?
No contract is required on the machine purchase.
How long does it take?
Typically one to two weeks from approved paperwork: order, processing setup, delivery, install and a live test transaction.
